What we really did not like to see is that the maximum withdrawal amount from bonus money is capped at €2000. It is not uncommon to have a withdrawal cap on bonus money, but we think that €2000 is really too low.

Having withdrawal fees was common a few years ago, but nowadays almost all good online casinos have no deposit and/or withdrawal fees when you use regular payment methods. The 2% withdrawal fee on all withdrawals is really something they should consider removing in the future.
